pretty hilarious as this was something i just threw together one night and only shot because my camera was in the kitchen for something else. now its been published twice. so i’m thinking . . .what does the future hold?

i truly had given up on my winter garden. i was sure the summer corn had sucked up all the nutrients from the soil. so i gave up and ignored it for a month and next thing i knew we had broccoli! cauliflower and cabbage! now lets just see if it grows past this miniature stage and i can cook some fabulous soups and gratins.

i love eating the traditional stuff just hate wasting my time cooking it. i however, must have self made homemade dessert. chocolate pecan pie though is my favorite! and totally worth the very little time it takes. one of my very few super non gourmet recipes. nothing fancy here but so good. email me if you want the recipe.
