the real family

melanie
i love! melanie’s headshots. you have to check out her awesome site She specializes in helping unemployed creatives get back in it, but it is chock full of awesome resources. must read – new e-book f*** the recession! adding that to my pages long reading list for sure.
after studying up on melanie for our shoot, i hired her myself for some beautifying of my blog
so thanks to her for that!
she is lucky post numero uno with the new logo.
enjoy.

breanna and ej
love love love these two . . .
ej makes me wish i had a brother

they turned out absolutely beautiful! thank you so much, we love you!!
moving away . . .
is always hard. you build a life and then you pick up and move it and all its working parts. but when family is the most important thing in the world to you, you have baby number four on the way and moving means cutting dads commute by 2-3 hours each day, you do it.
i will miss all you so very very much and will be an often guest room crasher.

Tell them “so long” for Pam and me, Jen. They are a great family.
They are gorgeous pictures, I love them. Thank you for the sweet words too. You have me in tears, you are welcome to visit anytime. I would love that.
Hey Jen!! Beautiful family. and gorgeous images…. wish I could figure out your technique
i love these people, too. and that lucy! geez man, is she gorgeous or what?
the fantastic mr. fox . . .
rocked out this christmas shoot.
as much as this looks like some horrible stage mom primping and posing this is pure fox and honestly took 15 minutes. hopefully aunty sarah will comment and attest to this fact. he is some sort of freak natural at posing and pretzel making?! these are my favorite four pictures of him i have ever taken. merry christmas.

Look at those freckles!!! Love these! what a little stud!
Don’t give him any ideas!
He is sooo cute Jen!!! Love, love, love the pics!
What a cutie!
I will attest indeed. #3 is my favorite. Amazing. I <3 him
#3 will be a fat canvas. such a cute little freckled boy in this shot. he makes me melt despite dealing with all his defiance and whining too
I’m in love.
So cute!
the kids from A PLACE CALLED HOME
a place called home is an amazing youth center in south central that i try to help out when i can. the organization does so much for these kids. you owe it to yourself to check out their website.
i fell so in love with the families this year that i signed up for the adopt a family program i’m sure there is more time if you want to sign up. i know they are still in need.
thanks for arnold for all his help in the cold that day.
here are the kids

and two other favorites

happy holidays from sarah!
from all of you not lucky enough to be on this fabulous woman’s christmas card list i just had to share this fabulous card.
i’m a little concerned its going to be better than my card which i’m still not sure when i’m getting to. . . but i very lost in the fabulousness of this one. and yes its partially starring the fantastic mr. fox.

Well I love it and that’s really all that matters…and I guess this is more motivation to make your’s even better.
i love this card!
its folds up into a cute little 5×5 super card, love love love . . .

Beautiful card, and nice shots too.

you should come here more often or at least go back to editing my poor grammar! the mom in these photos would appreciate it.
the fields family

i’ve fallen in love with this family over the last few years. when diana won my gift certificate at an auction i was clearly the winner
i wish you all the best on the big move!
